Does Human Need to be One Unity, With More Common Cultural, Economical ,social and ? Value?

Sunday, April 25th, 2010

The land where we all live in a world like Earth, according to an intelligent and may be the most intelligent creature of God, religious writings of this intelligent animal (human) was born from the same parents (Adam and Eve) But there is no strong evidence to show that what causes the formation of languages, cultures and the separation of human ancestors to each other, so this time be, today, our main question is: human need to be a single unit with the most common cultural, economic, and social value …?

Many experts and politicians are opposed to a global entity with shared values, formed by many believe that human society and society need to change this culture and the freedom to choose their way of life, but many others are putting your foot a new way and say that the era of globalization, everything should be globalized, here we focus on the facts about any subject, they believe?

Each event in the life of a human need to show, then we can say that globalization is a necessity because we see many people from different cultures are engaged in a process to make a new world with different values than I thought in the past, change in values is evident in the many cultural, social and economic, for example one can imagine a rural area in a remote area of the poorest country in the past, this area was a different way of life and its traditions, which were not this tradition can be compared with other parts of the world in your eyes were unique, but the era of globalization, this small community has been the trend to new values, have changed their traditional music to new music, according to the world standards, their way of marriage, including his clothes, the architecture of their homes, their ways of doing deals, agriculture and more.

People in the world again to see how to fill a need very different from the past, it would be irresistible to accept that their values are changing can not continue with previous beliefs, the way hard-line conservatives could not return the past, for example, you can imagine a very conservative religious country like Saudi Arabia, Iran and the Vatican, see what they were in the past and what their companies and even governments are now See your beliefs, go according to their beliefs, the answer is “no”, why would they want to go according to their beliefs can not go.

Globalization is the last chance, accepting the global values is not an option, and is mandatory, but using the required value is very important, many companies are vulnerable to benefit from the growing atmosphere of the planet, because they are resistant to the securities has been set the globalized world.

The easiest way of thinking, the human being born into a family, so similarization of values is a worldwide trend to revitalize the human family, similarization although this is not possible in all aspects of culture, economy and society seems to move towards unity in cultural, social and economic alternative would be the last man.

Make a globalized world with the same values is the most complicated, because the gap between nations, religions, ethnic groups and so on, the institutionalization of global values is impossible, but it is a need to talk about participation and reducing tensions between groups resistant to lead towards globalization and the contract of one hand, a justice agreement among all members of human society should be more important, with lectures out and do justice, the powers would be the sole beneficiary of the globalization and weak do not have the opportunity of globalization

How does the Humane Society feel about keeping a dog outside while you’re at work?

Monday, April 19th, 2010

Okay, so we think we’ve got just the dog to add to our family, and he’s at the Humane Society. Is the HS okay with the fact that the dog will have to stay outside during the day while we work? We both have steady consistent work hours and could easily keep the dog indoors when we come home. . . Are they cool with the dog staying outside while working? I don’t want to give them any reason to doubt that we’ll be good pet owners.
Fightingpit is the smartest guy on here so far. People, why would you want a dog to stay INDOORS for 8 hours? He has to hold in his pee for 8 hours. That seems inhumane. Also, what did dogs do before people bred them as pets? Just a hunch, but I’m guessing they stayed outside and sought shelter when they needed it. That’s exactly what a pet dog would do in the backyard. Thanks to anyone who actually knows the HS’s stance on it, which is really all I’m after. I’m not looking for personal opinions on pet care.
For the love of dogs, people!!! I know animals need shelter, water, food, and attention. I’m not an idiot. Note the ability to form complete sentences. Why do people insist on NOT answering the question? If I didn’t plan on being affectionate with a dog, I wouldn’t be asking questions about it in the first place. Alexander D is getting best answer because he provided me with the information I needed and not a personal commentary. Sheesh.

Socialization, Culture, Norms and Values Into a Society

Friday, April 9th, 2010

Socialization: socialization is a process whereby individuals learn the culture of their society as the social learning process and as such is a continuous process. Without undergoing the process, an individual bear little resemblance to any human being is defined as normal by the standards of their society, e. g. so-called “wolf children of Midnapore” two women aged between two and eight, were reportedly in a den of wolves in Bengali in 1920. They walked on all fours, prefer a diet of raw meat, which cried like wolves and lacking any form of expression.

This example indicates that the socialization that involve prolonged interaction with adults is essential not only for the assembly of new members into the society, but also the process of becoming truly human.

Culture: Ralph Linton: “The culture of a society is the way of life of its members, the collection of ideas and habits to learn, share and transmit from generation to generation.

Because humans have the instinct to guide their actions, their behavior should be based on guidelines that are learned. But for a company to operate effectively, these guidelines should be shared by its members. Culture is, therefore, two essential qualities: firstly to learn, second is shared. Without it there would be no human society.

Culture defines accepted modes of conduct for members of a given society. These definitions vary from company to company. Every society has to deal with common problems such as the problem of staff, as the very young and very old. However, the solutions to these problems are culturally determined. It is noteworthy that the answers given in a society may well be regarded as unsustainable by members of other societies, e. g. under certain circumstances “infanticide, and geronticide” were practiced by some groups of Australian Aborigines, Eskimos and Indians caribou.

Rules: The rules are guidelines that lead directly to specific situations. This guide is a specification that defines acceptable and appropriate behavior in different situations, e. g. Dress rules that vary from company to company.

The rules apply to the positive and negative sanctions that reward and punishment. Sanctions can be informal, such as approval or disapproval of a look, or formal, as a reward or penalty given by an official body.

In general, the threat of negative sanctions are sufficient to enforce normative behavior. Unlike an admiring look a word of praise or a smile of encouragement, provides awards to conform to social norms.

Values: Unlike the rules of specific guidelines for behavior, values broadly. A value is a belief that something is good and desirable. E ‘defines what is important, useful and worth fighting. In the West, for example, the value of materialism motivates people to invest time and energy production and acquisition of material goods. Sioux In terms of values that place a high value of generosity, the greedy person in Western society at best be regarded as special and most likely would have been condemned as selfish and antisocial capture. shared norms and values are essential to human functioning.

primary socialization, probably the most important aspect of the socialization process takes place during childhood, usually within the family. Through the family, children learn the language and many of the basic behavior patterns of their society.

Ultimately, the agents of socialization are family, education, peer group, the working group and the media.

Do vets that work at Humane Society shelters in the US get paid less?

Tuesday, April 6th, 2010

I am planning to apply to veterinary schools soon, and I know it’s too soon, but I want to work for human society in my town. I have volunteered there for a long time. I want to find work that pays more for the first time as I am now very poor and need more money to pay school fees. What do you think? These human societies are nonprofit in the street.
